Problem
The hospital was using paper-based records causing frequent data loss, billing errors, and long patient waiting times. Doctor schedules were managed manually through phone calls, leading to double bookings and inefficiencies.
Solution
Developed a role-based HMS where each department (registration, pharmacy, lab, billing) has its own interface. Integrated SMS alerts for appointment reminders, automated PDF invoices, and a real-time bed availability dashboard for IPD management.
