Overview
Core modules: online admission with merit-based processing, class/section and timetable management, biometric attendance import, exam management with auto grade calculation, fee collection with online payment, SMS/email report cards, library management, and transport route tracking.
Problem
The school chain had no centralized system. Admissions were done on paper, attendance was recorded in registers, and exam results were hand-written. Parents had no way to track their child's progress without physically visiting the school.
Solution
Created separate role-based portals. Parents receive automated WhatsApp messages for attendance and exam results. Teachers use a mobile-friendly interface for daily attendance. Admin gets a real-time dashboard with enrollment statistics and fee defaulter alerts.
